Large bright bedroom located in a private house

My place is close to Albert Einstein College of Medicine; Jacobi Medical Center; Montefiore Medical Center. You’ll love my place because of all inclusive cost; monthly rental. You will stay in my former bedroom. My mother (70 years) and brother (40) and one (1) housecat live at the house. We are a Southeast Asian household. The home is located in a beautiful tree lined street with only private homes. The space We are a quiet household. Your room is furnished with a queen bed and bedding. There is one TV with cable hookup in the living room area. Wi-Fi does reach to the bedroom. I do not have a washer or dryer on the premises, but the laundromat with drop off service is a short walk away. We are a non-smoking household, but there is a terrace off the dining room if you prefer to smoke. You have full access to the kitchen and living and dining area. Street parking is usually easy to find near the house. I offer a 10% discount for stays of 28 days and longer. I require a minimum stay of 14 days.
