The space Apartment on two levels, ideal for 4 people: Ground floor: kitchen open to living room (with sofa bed), small laundry room with toilet. Second floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. The pluses: -Two furnished terraces (one for shade, the other for sun). - A gas plancha on the terrace to cook your vegetables, meat, fish. - Private garden of 1000 m2. - Beach tennis court, swing and hammocks. -Norwegian bath. - Private parking (not fenced). - WiFi. - Next door another apartment is rented, only the access road is shared. - My cat Beutch will come to visit you for a small bowl of kibble.
