Welcome to our humble home, tucked away on a quiet tree-lined street. Easy access to hwy 75, historic Jonesborough & Johnson City. You can sit out on the back patio, bbq and enjoy the peaceful country setting, where the most noise you'll hear are the sounds of nature and an occasional car. It’s a simple home, but clean and comfortable. We hope you enjoy your stay. The space Our home is located near the top of the hill in a small and very quiet subdivision in the Sulphur Springs area. 15 minutes from Jonesborough and 20 minutes from Johnson City. Self check-in with keyless entry so you don't have to worry about your losing key. The bedroom has a keyed lock for added privacy and security. The shared bathroom is just a few steps down the short hall. The kitchen is equipped with newer appliances, a coffee maker, toaster and bullet blender for morning smoothies. Cafe Bustelo coffee and a selection of teas are available. Bottled waters are available in the fridge. A Charcoal grill is available on the large back deck. We may have charcoal on hand, but if you plan on using the grill, it would be best to bring enough for your stay. Past the back yard is a pasture where you may see cows grazing. Guest access We will provide you with your personal code for the keypad lock the day of your arrival. It will be valid from 3 pm checkin until 11 am checkout. Bedroom doors have a keyed lock for added security and privacy. Guests have access to entire upstairs living and kitchen area. There is space to park in the driveway, but be aware that the driveway is steeper than pictures show and you either have to back in or out. There is also space to park on the street. No garage access. During your stay We are a family of four adults and a grand baby, plus our two German shepherds and a little chihuahua-x, who will happily and vocally greet you when you arrive, but are pretty mellow otherwise. We’d be happy to socialize over coffee or tea or give you as much privacy as you need.
