Restored Cottage on Patio in Historic Center C

Patio São Vicente is a collection of restored cottages surrounding a peaceful courtyard, hidden away in the historical center. The cottages have been restored respecting the original architecture yet designed with a modern aesthetic by Paratelier architects. Using Portuguese artisans and designers, the interiors are cosy, comfortable and carefully crafted with custom carpentry. Lisbon's 13th century wall, the "Muralha Fernandina", is integrated into the back wall of each of the living rooms. The space “Casinha 10C" is divided over 2 floors with air conditioning, access to a washing machine & fast Wi-Fi. The ground floor has a full open kitchen, dining area, a wood panelled living room with a sofa-bed and a light filled bathroom. The upstairs bedroom is a peaceful space perfect for a good night’s sleep. Sit in the quiet, shady patio at your own table, the perfect work or rest space after a long day of sightseeing. The patio is a natural space for groups, friends or extended families to gather and enjoy time together, while still having the privacy of their own houses. The patio is well situated for discovering the city by foot, located in São Vicente, one of the most visited areas of Lisbon. Positioned in front of the majestic tenth century Mosteiro do Sao Vicente de Fora, next to the Pantheon, Alfama and the infamous “Feira da Ladra” the twice weekly fair of the thieves. A 5 minute walk to Graça will bring you to two miradouros where you can have some of the best views of all of Lisbon. Meanwhile the 28 tram is steps away. Guest access You will have private and exclusive access to the entire 10C cottage. In the shared courtyard, you have your own dedicated table and chairs, creating a perfect, shady spot to work or rest after a day of sightseeing. Guests also have access to a shared washing machine located also on the patio. Other things to note Accessibility: Like most old parts of historical cities, access to the patio can be difficult for those with mobility issues.
