Also near from the beautifull Parc de Bellville wich offers a incredible view on all Paris (Tour Eiffel, Grand Palais, Montmartre, ...) Lots of accomodations near the flat : excellent bakery, supermarket, ... A neighborhood worker once fashionable today. A few steps from the Rue Oberkampf with lots of bars and restaurants and thus nightly entertainment. Equidistant between the Line 11 (Jourdain metro) or Line 3 (metro Gambetta). Count good 5 minutes of walking. In less than15mn by underground, you will be in the center of Paris : Châtelet, Hotel de Ville, Le Marais, La Seine, ... Several stations velib are closed to the apartment. A perfect way to discover the little and charming streets of Paris. There is no parking attached to the apartment. However, there is secure park near the flat. Ask and I'll give you all the informations. No animals It is asked to take care of the apartment and what is inside, not to smoke inside (there is a balcony by cons), to be respectful towards neighbors (no noise ) and leave the apartment clean as found. And to water the flowers at the balcony and the windows to keep it flowery . A deposit of € 500 is required at the entrance. Guest access All rooms in the apartment are reserved for tenants during their stay. Only a closet in the apartment is closed keys.
