The house has three bedrooms -one with private bathroom-, a shared bathroom for the remaing two rooms, a kitchen and a common room/living room. Two rooms can have an extra bed making groups of 8 possible. If preferred, the bed(s) could also be placed in the common room. Extra beds are only placed when over 6 people booked or upn request. Room 1 has a double bed, and a private bathroom (toilet/shower) included. Room 2 has a double bed. Room 3 has a double bed, amazing view of the Serra da Gardunha and has cable TV. All rooms have air conditioning and a TV. No TV in common area. Dogs/Cats/Animals at surcharge. The area has lovely river beaches and lakes nearby to discover! Pool available in summer months - june, july, august. Guest access The whole ground floor: - one bedroom with shower/toilet - two more bedrooms - bathroom with shower/toilet - toilet - kitchen - common area / living room - patio - free wifi - library with lot's of English/Dutch books and magazines - games for inside and outside + the privacy of 2.5 hectares of land in the middle of nature and a 3x6m swimming pool in summer (jun-august). (Top floor is not in use) Other things to note Think of doing some grocery shopping before arriving. Three small supermarkets can be found in São Vicente da Beira at 15 minutes by car, Intermarché at 30 minutes in Alcains and Lidl and many more in Castelo Branco or Fundão at 35 minutes drive.
