The cottage has a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and social lounge area. It is located next to the family's carpentry business with views of the Cornish Countryside. A 5 mile drive from various beaches and the Eden Project and a 20 minute walk from the town centre of St.Austell The space This barn conversion has very recently been renovated to a high standard. The location is perfect with plenty of space for cars. The property is near fields and footpaths which have our own animals in, including goats and sheep. There are brilliant views from the field of St.Austell bay and the property is around 10 minutes drive to 5 different beaches and 20 minutes walk from the town centre giving plenty of options for your stay. The property itself has a stylish kitchen with an open plan lounge, this has a sofa and chairs that create a sofa bed. There is a table with chairs to have food with. The bathroom has an electric shower and all necessities. There is a separate double bedroom with wardrobe space. Guest access Guests will have access to the property with a set of keys as well as a driveway to hold their vehicle. They will also have access to an electronic gate key that closes the driveway from the road. Guests will be welcomed by my friendly family who will be on hand to give any advice about the local area or any information regarding the property.
