The lower level of this bright and sunny beach house provides three bedrooms with comfortable beds (one with a king bedroom suite, one with queen-size bed and one with bunk beds), a second full bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. A new, comfort designed with thick mattress, queen-size, sofa sleeper will accommodate sleeping arrangements for up to eight persons. The king bedroom has a sliding door, opening to a comfortable patio with firepit and chairs. The house is immaculately cleaned before every guest arrives.
