It has become a magnet for sports fans and young professionals alike, and particularly singles who hop from bar to bar along Clark, Addison and Sheffield Avenues. Rather tame by day, the neighborhood's souvenir shops and casual eateries are open but quiet. For late night entertainment, a boisterous after-hours crowd heads to Wrigleyville for everything from live music to sketch comedy. But if there's a day game or a night game letting out at "The Friendly Confines" then look out: the streets swell with the masses of fans looking to celebrate a Cubs win... or lament their lovable losers. NO GLITTER OR LIKE MATERIAL. 11. Please remove all garbage from the unit. That includes all food and drink you bring into the unit. 12. Please place all pillow cases, sheets, towels, and washcloths in the laundry basket provided in linen closet next to bathroom. DO NOT put the following in the laundry basket: the comforter, blankets, mattress cover (if applicable), or duvets (if applicable). 13. Parking. You are choosing to stay 2.5 blocks from Wrigley Field. Parking is mostly permit only. Parking is very competitive so plan accordingly. PAY ATTENTION to all signs, including street cleaning signs or possible construction signs that may be posted on tree trunks or street poles. It is upon you to make sure these types of signs are not going to warrant getting you a ticket. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING A PARKING PLACE using SPOT HERO or a similar service. 14. Please be respectful of being loud when entering or exiting the unit. Remember your hours are not everyone else's hours. Please keep noise down in the unit after 10PM and before 8AM. 15. Lockouts will result in a $250 fine. 16. Guests who do not return the key to the lockbox after checkout will be charged a penalty of $250. 17. Check in is 4PM. Checkout is 10AM sharp. No exceptions. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in (that includes bag drop off) or later check-out (that includes leaving bags) for an extra fee. 18. Communication is only between host and guest via messages in the AIRBNB app. Please do not resort to calling or texting unless there is an emergency. 19.
