TheBig Drake Cottage on Elk Lake (Sleeps up to 20)

This breathtaking cottage with 200 feet of Elk Lake frontage is the largest space for rent on the lake. Great for extended family vacations. It has a little private beach, dock and mooring ball and is only 20min from downtown TC. The south end of Elk Lake is very quiet, but a short boat ride to the famous Torch Lake sand bar, fishing on Skegemog Lake, or the cute little downtown of Elk Rapids. Snowmobiling, skiing, and other activities are abundant in the area. Paddleboard/kayak provided The space You have use of the main house, garage and apartment above the garage as well as the beach directly in front of this listing. The pole barn and little cottage next door are our private residences. Please park your vehicles in front of the Big Drake, the drive in front of the little cottage and pole barn is for our residence. Guest access Renters DO NOT have access to the pole building, guest cottage next door or the basement. Other things to note Guest will be supplied 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and paper towel in the kitchen, extras available in pantry. Additional soaps also available in pantry. Typically you will be provided with tinfoil, basic kitchen utensils, pans, and BBQ grill. Propane tanks can be exchanged or be refilled at the Tractor Supply about 10 mins up M72. Typically we supply an extra tank on premise but due to people leaving gas on etc. we can not guarantee this. Meijers is just minutes away to aquire any shopping needs once you arrive, make a list and enjoy your stay. We do not provide beach towels.
