The house is located 15 minutes from one of the most beautiful villages in France. Its proximity to the Dordogne and the Lot is a considerable asset and will allow you to visit mythical places such as Colonges la Rouge, Rocamadour... Lovers of old stones will visit the most beautiful castles in the region, and gourmets will stroll through the markets of local producers, whether they are diurnal or nocturnal! Athletes can go on beautiful hikes, canoeing or horseback riding. The space The house consists of two bedrooms. The first consists of a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and a TV. The second consists of two double beds, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, as well as a TV. A space with toys and games for children is also provided. The living room is equipped with a TV, sofa bed, and bathroom with shower and toilet. Also available is a space for children with books and board games. A DVD player and a game console are available. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and kettle. You also have a washing machine and bed and bath linen is provided and can be changed if needed! A high chair and baby bed are also available for your use. Outside, you will enjoy a large garden, a petanque court, a children's area with swing and slide, as well as a terrace with barbecue! Guest access You have private parking in front of the house. No roads pass nearby, and to get to the house you have to take the Chemin des Prélaminons!
