We rent out a private apartment with your own entrance, situated in the souterrain (-1) of our building. Main guest booking must be age 21 +. Location is very close to the Vondelpark which is ideal for families or if you want to take a morning walk/run. Main Features: * City centre location just 5 minutes walk from the museum district * Fully equipped kitchen & modern bathroom * Two SwissSense beds can be setup in doubles or singles. * WIFI, cable connection & SMART tv. The space The apartment was renovated in January 2020 with new flooring and beds. The bedroom area is equipped with 2 new SwissSense kingsize beds 180x200 these can also be separated into 4 singles for a comfortable night. We are equipped to cater for maximum 4 guests, please be aware this includes children and infants. That means 4 guests in total no matter what age, if you do have an infant included in your party of 4 please feel free to first contact me as we have a travel cot and highchair available. The luxurious bathroom has a rainshower with soap and shampoo. Bed linen and towels are included. There is a flatscreen SMART tv, laptop safe and free Wi-Fi, internet cable connection is also available making it ideal for a comfortable workspace. There is a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee, bottled water and a lot of tea. Tap water in Amsterdam is 100% safe. We live above the B&B as a family and are on site if there are ever any concerns or questions. However, you do have total privacy, only the entrance From the front street is shared with the us. We are looking forward to welcome you! The B&B is also very suitable for business guests. The Leidsesquare area is one of the most famous districts in the city of Amsterdam. All major sights like the van Gogh museum, Rijksmuseum, Anne Frank house are within walking distance. For shopping, you can easily walk to the famous 9 streets district featuring boutique stores, or visit the Bijenkorf department store and the flower market. Convenient stores and other shops are also around the corner. If you prefer to explore The Netherlands, Leidsesquare has all public transport connections that take you anywhere you like to go. You can find laundry facilities in the street next door at the Laundrette which is open 6 days a week. The apartment is fully independent, it is located on -1 level floor (one stairs). You will have it privately for yourself. Guests have access to everything that the apartment has to offer, nothing has to be shared. Guest access You have full private access to your space Other things to note Guests making the reservation must be 21+ years old, and must be present at check in and be able to provide their ID.
