My place is close to public transportation (train + metro, bus) and family-friendly activities (possibility of guided tours by a historian-researcher). You'll love my place for the comfort, the pool, the orchard, the terrace, the fresh products at breakfast and the proximity to Toulouse (12 minutes) and Albi (30 minutes by highway). I draw your attention to the number of beds (only two large beds) and the impossibility of cooking in the accommodation. The space The garden, swimming pool, orchard offer quiet relaxation areas 17 minutes from Toulouse city center. The interior is warm, all in blond wood with an open mezzanine (automated velux) where a large futon bed with storage is installed. the studio is equipped with a mini bar, kettle and coffee maker with refreshments and hot drinks. The bathroom is independent with a walk-in shower, towels and cosmetics are provided. The living room offers a large leather sofa convertible with a Bultex mattress, desk, large wardrobe (with extra duvets), coffee table, closet... Heating and cooling systems are electric (included in the service). Guest access The studio is independent, the swimming pool, garden (for fresh produce), orchard, terrace are available. Montastruc la Conseillère is a charming village on the roads to Santiago de Compostela, ideally located between Toulouse (exit 3 on the A68) and Albi (30 minutes). Other things to note The very generous breakfast (included in the service) is made with jams and fruits from our orchard, eggs from our hens, local products (goat and cow breeding, farmers and fruit producers from the village).
