The space Our little paradise consists of 2 separate rooms. Cozy LIVING ROOM facing the sea: only a glass door separates the apartment from the sea breeze. You can enjoy your meals on the large, planted TERRACE facing the beach, which can also be used beautifully as a dining area as well as a relaxation area due to the eternally sunny weather. A comfortable, modern BATHROOM with shower and bidet is, of course, part of your fantastic holiday. The window in the light-flooded BEDROOM lets you enjoy the enchanting view of the well-kept, large and communal GARDEN, with lemon and orange trees, every morning and evening. Of course, such a fantastic holiday also includes the modern POOL with sea view a few steps from the apartment, belonging to the community. Thanks to the community PARKING LOT a few meters away, you can also arrive wonderfully comfortably by car. Guest access The apartment is accessible in total for the guests. In addition, the complete communal complex with picturesque GARDEN and POOLL, safe for children - area and private access to the beach is always at your disposal. Other things to note Dear guests! Welcome to my small paradise! I am a professional architect and have organized my apartment only according to functional requirements. Everything unnecessary disturbs thinking and relaxing. The apartment consists of a large living and dining room with fireplace and one bedroom with built-in wardrobes. All the pictures you see on the walls have been drawn by my daughters. We delight again and again over everything that the sea and nature can do together! Open the door: We have a small safe with the keys in it. Viewed from the sea, it hangs on the inside of the right column at the entrance to the terrace. We will inform you of the safe code upon your arrival. Electric: The electrical box is mounted at the entrance to the left of the mirror. Bathroom: We are convinced that the best brands have not become so famous for nothing, so we have chosen products from the Grohe and Hansgrohe brands for all sanitary facilities. Of course, a bidet is also a must, especially on a holiday on the beach. However, we would like to ask you to make sure that not too much sand gets into the shower and bidet, as this can lead to blockages. We always put a plastic bowl with water in front of the entrance door. This also keeps the patio and apartment clean. Stove: If you press the button for a long time, the stove turns ON. Press repeatedly to increase the temperature. If you press the button with the key icon, the stove is "locked". Now long-press the button with the key icon to unlock the stove. TV: The brand new Samsung HD TV features English, German, Spanish and Russian channels. Thanks to the uncomplicated remote control, you will surely find your desired stations quickly. The TV also has many additional features, such as screen mirroring. Bedroom: Includes a double bed with two modern and comfortable mattresses offering special techniques for temperature regulation, which are particularly pleasant in the warm Spanish climate. The sea breeze is, in our opinion, the best natural air conditioning, but if this is not enough, there is also a ceiling-mounted fan in the bedroom that can be operated with a switch next to the bed. When you open the window, we advise you to close the mosquito net attached to the window. Wi-Fi: We now have very fast Fiberoptic Wi-Fi in the apartment. You can find the password for Wi-Fi usage with the key code directly in front of the entry. Terrace: On the terrace, there are two bushes planted in the ground: a hibiscus bush (Eibisch) - our old friend, and the newly planted bougainvillea. We ask that you water the bushes regularly, because the two will then flourish gratefully. The awning works very easily manually by pulling one end of the hanging cord. We ask that you close the awning if you leave because it can be damaged by strong winds when open. When going out, we also ask that you close the blue wooden door.
