This beautiful large room in Surry Hills is the only bedroom on the ground level of a newly renovated 4 bedroom townhome rental property. There is a full bathroom with rain shower on ground level as well. Room has private TV/cable and Wifi and large closets. The space The open dining space and lounge/TV room greets you when you enter through the front door down the hallway. The dining room table accommodates 6. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. You are then led to a big beautiful kitchen stocked with all your culinary needs. There is a dishwasher, gas burner cooktop, oven, microwave, mixer, toaster and full sized fridge/freezer for your convenience. The townhome has a full sized bathroom on each floor equipped with heated lights and glass encased rain showers. The downstairs restroom has a full sized bathtub as well. Each bedroom locks and has its own personal flat screen TV and cable box for personal enjoyment. The rooms are equipped with floor to ceiling sliding mirrored door closets with plenty of space to hang or store all your items. Guest access Bedroom "1" is a Queen sized bed and is at the front of the house on the ground floor. The large window overlooks the lovely tree lined Bourke Street. There is a full sized closet as well as night stands. Guests staying in this room have access to the entire house except for the other bedrooms. There is a shared lounge/TV area and dining room, as well as the kitchen and outdoor deck with table, chairs, and a BBQ. There is one parking spot for the whole house, so it might be available if needed and not previously reserved by another guest. During your stay This is a shared townhome. Make new friends who also enjoy traveling to Sydney, or keep your own personal space. The house is big enough for either. Other things to note There is a childrens' playground just on the corner and plenty of park and play areas nearby, however, the house is not recommended for small children. There are no toys, it is not childproof, and there are steep stairs with no gate. The back yard has a deck with outdoor seating, a gas BBQ and clothes line. There is a brand new clothing washer and dryer set. The large bedroom upstairs has a sliding glass door that enters to a private large balcony overlooking the lovely tree lined Bourke Street.
