The Hangar at Eden Park is a unique space crafted by aviation enthusiasts located adjacent to Eden Park. Completely renovated in January 2020, the apartment was designed for couples and travelers looking for a quiet place in a prime location close to the heart of the city. The space The Hangar at Eden Park is a 2nd floor, studio apartment on a quiet street right at the northeastern entrance to Eden Park. You can see the Victory Parkway Bridge from the kitchen island. With a stay at the Hangar at Eden Park, you can enjoy a true work-and-play visit. With a close proximity to the business centers of the city and the entertainment and dining hotspots of Mt. Adams, Walnut Hills and Over-the-Rhine, you are sure to see the best of Cincinnati during your stay. Conveniently located near the intersections of I-71, I-75, I-275, and Columbia Parkway, the studio makes for an easy drive in or out of the city. All amenities in the studio were installed in a full, down-to-the-studs renovation in January 2020. The modern kitchen appliances are complimented by a 9-foot granite kitchen island, equipped with a dishwasher and seating for two at the end. The space can comfortably sleep 3, though the layout may be most conducive to couples or the single traveler. A Tuft and Needle queen size mattress will allow for a great night's sleep. The bathroom has contemporary tile flooring below fixtures that are all brand new as of 2020. A complimentary coffee bar and washer and dryer are available to guests in the entryway. Throughout the studio, you'll find aviation memorabilia, art, maps, and a custom Cessna wing accent light collected and gathered across years of work in commercial and military aviation by the studio's owners. Please note that the apartment is part of an occupied multi-family home. It is expected that guests be courteous and respectful of nearby neighbors. Ample on-street parking is available. Guest access Guests will be sent a code to access the unit within 24 hours of arrival.
