Description

Beautiful recently constructed ground-floor one-bedroom apartment with private access. Bright open-plan design with spacious bedroom, lovely big bathroom with freestanding bath, separate lounge and kitchenette. Private entry with enclosed timber-decked courtyard and off-street parking. Short 180m walk to beach along direct pathway. A 750m walk to Salt Village retail and restaurant precinct via coastal walkway. About 15 minutes to the Airport. The space The apartment looks out onto a enclosed courtyard garden, with timber-decking and small grassed area. You have your own private entry, and the entire studio to yourself so you will have plenty of privacy. The kitchenette contains a sink, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric pan and sandwich-press. There is large timber table and seating for 4 which looks out to the garden. This is suitable for dining as well as a good space for work if you are visiting on business. The lounge is very comfortable. You can settle back and watch 50" UHD-TV on the 3-seater reclining couch. The Smart-TV has Chromecast and built-apps connected to FTTP broadband. Wifi signal is strong, with a range extender installed to assist with coverage. The bedroom is spacious with its own TV, and you can choose between a king or 2 king-single bed configuration. The ensuite bathroom is light and open and includes a free-standing bath and large mirror. Please note that the self-contained one-bedroom apartment occupies the ground-floor of the 3-storey family home, and you may hear the footsteps/doors of the residents at times as they go about their daily routine above you. Stays during business days may experience higher noise activity. Unsurprising House Rules: - No pets. The space is not suitable for active dogs. - No smoking on property - No parties, or events Check-in is any time after 2PM and check out by 10AM. Ask us if you have special circumstances. As we live in a small tight knit community, please respect our beautiful neighbours. There is a strict 10pm noise curfew and ‘no party’ policy so our neighbours are not disturbed. No additional guests are permitted at the property. The apartment is not suitable for young children. If you would like assistance on where you can hold events, please don’t hesitate to let me know. Off-street parking available. There is a walkway adjacent to the apartment which leads directly to the beach 160m away and intersects the main coastal linear pathway. A 720m walk to Salt Village retail and restaurant precinct. Guest access The entry to the apartment is via Oasis Way. This is your own private entry, with space for parking. You have exclusive access to the ground floor courtyard. The apartment is physically separated from the remainder of the home. Other things to note The space is not suitable for young children. We work from home so you may hear us upstairs during typical business hours (Mon-Fri). We try to be quiet but it's just a regular home and acoustics are domestic level. Access to the parking space is from Oasis Way. The kerb is not cut out yet, so it requires careful driving over the gutter. It's best to reverse in, if possible.
