This is a beautiful apartment with a big living room and kitchen. There is also a movie room which is sound proof and has a hi-fi surround sound system. To stay here is already a vacation in itself. We are a few steps from over 30 restaurants and bars. For shopping - 4 major malls are within walking distance. Greenhills which is the center for shopaholics is just 10 min away. Here you will find t shirts, shoes, bags, jewelry, electronics, native stuff, etc. Fort Bonifacio is 10 min away (P150.00 by taxi). Makati is 15min away (P200.00 by taxi). The airport is 25min away (P400.00 by taxi) The price include, towels, bed linen, china, utensils, and beers in the ref. You can use the kitchen, the living room, and movie room. The bedroom is 25 square meters, and the bathroom is 7 square meters with hot/cold showers. The movie room is also 25 square meters. From the living room to the kitchen is 65 square meters. All rooms including the living room are airconditioned which is perfect for hot summer months. There is a laundromat 2 buildings away. There are 2 convenience stores (24hrs) right beside the village gate. The house has internet. We offer only one bedroom which can sleep 2 people. We can also install a double sized air bed in the movie room to accommodate 2 more people if needed. This is a 3 floor apartment. I live on the 3rd floor when I'm in the city, but most of the time, I live in my hometown Iloilo. A caretaker is 20 steps away. If you want to visit Iloilo and Boracay, I can make arrangements for you too. Iloilo is 4 hours by car to Boracay Island. Guest access Guests will have acces to the living room, kitchen, dining, and movie room. Pls don't touch the Harley! Other things to note If you want to rent the whole apartment to yourself, (meaning I won't be staying on the third floor when I'm in Manila) you can do so at USD 110.00 per night with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
