Gîte de la Grange

Open to nature, just 20 minutes from Le Mans, the gîte de la Grange is the ideal place to relax with friends and family. You will enjoy the calm on a wooded plot of 1600 m2. Visits (Le Vieux Mans, Zoos de la Flèche, Pescheray, Lac de Sillé Le Guillaume...), events in Le Mans (24h cars, motorcycles, Grand Prix, Le Mans Classic...), The space Cozy atmosphere in a small stone house with a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, Senseo, raclette machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle...) on the ground floor, a living area with a sofa bed, a fireplace and a dining area. The second part of the ground floor consists of two bedrooms with a double bed each (140x190), a shower room and a separate toilet. Access to the floor by a staircase, serving a 27 m2 room equipped with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 trundle bed (i.e. 2 single beds) (possibility of an umbrella bed on request) as well as a TV area. Bed linens and bath towels can be provided for a fee of €40 (please specify this by message). Consider bringing essentials . A swing is at your disposal on 1600 m2 of land that is fully fenced.
