Downtown Studio Apartment Mountain View

Historical building in downtown Del Norte, CO. Apartment is above a restaurant and in walking distance to retail shops including a local microbrewery restaurant. Just a short drive to Wolf Creek ski area and other local attractions. The space queen bed, walk in shower only, working kitchen including coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, oven/stove, shared washer and dryer in hallway. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, with eating and cooking utensils. There is a staircase to walk up to studio apartment. We now have an air conditioning and heating unit in the apartment. As of 10/2016, We added a TV with DVD player that has wifi. There is NO cable. Guest access Keypad entrance into hallway that leads up to apartment, hallway has access to the washer and dryer, key lock box to access apartment key at door for easy check in and out. Other things to note Security camera at hallway entrance only.
