Located in one of the safest and posh residential areas of the city, with world famous Dal Lake at waking distance. This property is on your way to Sonmarg, "The Medow of Gold". At our villa we assure you absolute safety & security in all respects. We have upgraded our bedrooms for the utmost comfort of our guests and with a luxurious look and feel for the one of a kind experience of our guests. This is to note that, we are located in a residential colony, 700 mts away from the main road. The space Serene house offers you amazing mountain views, with beautiful and comfortable rooms. All rooms come with large king sized beds with 6 inch mattresses for utmost comfort and relaxation and carpeted floors for a glamorous feel and look. A shared lounge and a garden, are also at your disposal. Very high speed internet facility is available at no extra cost. Private parking is accessible at the home stay. Two spacious bathrooms are attached to the rooms and one bathroom is in common area, we provide you toiletries on request. We also provide you access to the kitchenette on request, this feature is available only for minimalistic usage e.g : to prepare your personal tea or coffee or baby food or to warm up your meals or boil eggs, etc. We also have a few beautiful cats living at the property, they are absolutely gorgeous and adorable and very friendly. We are a self service facility, therefore you are requested to help your self with luggage carrying and dish washing, we donot provide any room service or service boy. Note: For winter months, we have electric blankets plus OFR heaters available in the rooms to keep our guests warm and cozy. Guest access Guests have access to most of the amenities at the villa, including, Terrace, Garden and Parking . A total of 3 Bedrooms are provided to the guests, 6 persons can be accomodated in the rooms, plus, 3 extra guests can be accomodated on extra cost. Guests can avail meals at a very nominal cost at the villa on advance request, otherwise, a lot of options to order food and take aways are available nearby. Swiggy, Zomato & Gatoes are two food delivery apps which can be downloaded on your smartphones which makes ordering food extremely easy. Other things to note All travel facilities could be organized for the the guests on request, including: Tours, treks, recreation, adventure sports etc, at extra cost. Airport transfers and site seeing is also available on request, at extra cost. All consumables at the villa are available at an extra cost. There is RO drinking water facility available at the villa. Online food delivery and many takeaways are available around the villa within a range of 1.5 kms only. Home made meals are available on request for very nominal prices.
