Dependency of a main house of 40 m2, renovated, charming, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom. In the living room area, a sofa bed with a TV and a stereo. Upstairs, an open bedroom under a slope with a 160 cm bed Pool: same as SHARED with owners of the main house, available only in season (April to September). MANDATORY shower, and QUIET use (music, alcohol, untimely jumps). Flat bottom at 1.40 m, heated to 26°. Large garden also SHARED The space Kitchen equipment: Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ceramic stovetop, range hood, coffee maker, kettle Bathroom: Shower, toilet, washing machine, ironing board and iron, hair dryer Garden of the property is "closed" and not overlooked, with sometimes a few cows in the neighboring field. Only one neighbor to not disturb. Table and 4 outdoor chairs for lunch. Charcoal barbecue available (consumable not included) If two guests and 2 large beds are required, a bed linen fee is charged (€6) Guest access The outbuilding, garden and pool are subject to the number of people who must respect the number of guests UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS, in case of overstay and an invitation, prior written authorization is REQUIRED by the owner via AirBnB messaging. If not, a fee will be charged. Other things to note Close to the Nantes Rennes road (2x2 axis), 150 m away. Understood to be a minimum outside depending on the winds and if the road is wet but no noise inside. Modern but narrow staircase. Use of the pool in rest and wellness mode, parties and receptions (birthdays, weddings etc.) are not allowed. Mandatory shower and no incessant jumping.
