The space As you step into this light-filled apartment, the stunning ocean views from Alex Beach to Mount Coolum immediately captivate your attention. The open-plan living area seamlessly merges with the balcony, offering a perfect spot to soak in the scenery and sea breezes. Complete with a plush chaise sofa, dining table for four, smart TV and a ceiling fan for comfort and relaxation. The compact kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking away from home, including a fridge, oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher and coffee pod machine. Bedroom 1 (Primary Bedroom): Light and bright, the primary bedroom features a plush queen-size bed, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe. Bathroom 1 (Main Bathroom): The main bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and vanity. Bedroom 2: Furnished with two single beds, a ceiling fan, and wardrobe space. Laundry: Attached to the main bathroom, the laundry features a front loader washing machine and sink. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 1st floor apartment along with space to park a singular car in the secured garage. There is also free street parking available. Please note you need to walk up 2 flights of stairs to access the apartment, there is no lift. Other things to note *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to the apartment will only be provided after the completion of our form.
