Apartment located just an 8-minute walk from the beach. The space The studio (renovated in 2023) is on the third floor of an apartment building. The apartment has an equipped kitchen (pots, pan, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, microwave, gas stove), double bed, table for two, fan, toilet (with shower), towels and sheets. It has a private balcony in the same apartment with a table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals. It also has a community terrace located on the fifth floor of the same building. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment and throughout the building. Guest access Apartment located just an 8-minute walk from the beach. On the same street you will find: Pharmacy (5 min), information and tourism (1 min), supermarkets (1-3 min), several cafes, bus station (1 min), laundry (1 min), town hall (1 min), restaurants. There is a paid outdoor parking lot (Between €8 - 10 per day). There is free parking at the entrance of the village by the entrance of Llagostera (1km away). We have a parking space for loading and unloading luggage, right in front of the building. In the area, you could find some free parking but in summer it is difficult. Other things to note The price of the apartment does not include tourist taxes (€1.10 person/day up to a maximum of 7 days and from 16 years). The tourist tax goes entirely to the Generalitat de Catalunya, it is not a benefit for the host.
