Come home to relax in our cozy and comfortable space after an awesome day of exploring. This home recently completed a renovation with renters like you in mind! The first floor features an open living, dining and kitchen area, complete with AC, Foosball and half bath. The kitchen features Calcutta marble countertops, dishwasher, microwave, crockpot, double toaster, popcorn maker and blender. It is stocked with utensils, pots, pans and serving ware. Living room has two sofas and two comfy leather chairs, convenient gas burning fireplace and a large picture window. The slider leads to a large deck complete with grill, dining set and umbrella. The second floor features a large king master bedroom (with memory foam topper), AC, slider to a small deck, smart TV, large closet, full bathroom with granite countertop and sleeping loft with low to the floor twin bed (perfect for little ones wanting to be close to a parent). The lower level features a den with AC, full size day bed and plenty of board games. Off the den you will find a full bathroom with new extra large capacity washer/dryer. Adjacent are two bedrooms. One with a queen mattress (with feather topper), dresser and desk nook. The bunk room sleeps 4 in four twin beds. There is a dresser and closet, equipped with a variety of toys/games and essential oil diffuser. Relax together in our cozy space after a day of exploring the White Mountains. Our set up is ideal for two families. Infant travel bed, high chair/ booster seat, playpen, outlet covers, bathroom step stools and baby gates available along with plenty of infant/children’s toys. We have a pool and tennis court available in the summer! Guests are welcome to use the shared seasonal outdoor pool, tennis court, basketball hoop and firepit. These amenities are just steps from our door. We will be available by text and email during your stay. Your comfort is our priority. On property, you will have access to a seasonal outdoor pool, tennis court, basketball hoop and riverside fire pit. Groceries, gas, coffee shop, restaurants and attractions are a very short drive. You will need your vehicle to get around the area. Taxi cab service is available. Uber is not yet available in our area. We require 24 hours between reservations for our strict professional cleaning protocol. Please note, we do not allow pets nor parties and absolutely no underage drinking is permitted.
