Apartment Marta

House has 2 apartments of 70 m2, it is 150 meters far from the beach. The apartment is on the second floor. Apartment has 2 separate bedrooms (one bedroom has 2 beds, other 3 beds), living room with kitchen ( fully equipped) with extra 2 beds on the sofa, toilet, bathroom with toilet ( washing machine), garage parking and balcony with sea view The space If you need you can rent whole house, both apartments or take it separtely. You have to cross the road to reach the beach. I do not live in the house, I am living in a neighboring house, 200 meters from the house. If you have any additional questions, you fill free to ask. I will gladly help you. Duće-Luka is a small place located just 20 km from Split, and 3 km from Omiš. In Omis, there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops - and if you don't feel like leaving the beach , there are cafes, pizzeria, restorants anh pansions in our very neighborhood. Also, there are plenty of things for you to do - such as renting a boat, jet - ski, paragliding, etc. Bus station where you can get buses to Split or Omis is 2 min. of our house. Guest access Each apartment has own coverd garage paking. I the garage can leave things for beach ( boats, beach-chairs, mattresses for beach...) Other things to note On arrival, guests can enter the apartment after 13:00 am, on the day of departure guests accommodation should leave by 9:00 am. Cooling devices and heating devices are extra charge, the minimum amount on the tab of the device is 5 hours and costs € 5. You can fill the card with hours as much as you want. Pet is 47€, per stay, you can pay when you come to the apartment. Cot ( kinderbed) is 5 € per stay.
