A Cute, Clean, & Comfy SW Portland Guest Apartment

Jasper House is a very clean, pet friendly one bedroom "in-law" apartment in Garden Home. Located on a quiet Culdesaq. Easy access to 217 and I-5. The perfect West side location, close to everything. Great for business and pleasure travelers a like! No additional pet fees for up to 3 pets! This 450 sq ft apartment has a private deck, cozy sitting room w/double futon, 40" TV w/Roku, dining table & kitchenette. The bedroom has a comfy King bed & vanity/desk. We have A/C as well! The space Our apartment is clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and very private. The rooms are bright and cheery with beautiful hardwood floors. The living area has a cozy electric fireplace, comfy (double futon) couch and chair, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV and a kitchenette. The kitchenette has most everything that you may need. Fridge with small freezer, toaster, coffee maker, knives, cutting boards, dishes, bar ware, dish towels, etc. (it does not include a range). For longer stays an induction hotplate may be added for an additional fee. If you need something special please let us know and we will try to accommodate. The bedroom has a very comfy King bed. The bath is spacious with double vanities, tub/shower and room for storage. We offer plenty of towels, pillows and extra blankets. We simply ask that you think of the environment and only use what is needed. Guest access It has a private entrance on the side of the house and is a completely separated from the home's living space by a mutually locking door. Located at the far end of the home away from our living room and bedroom, it is nicely secluded though you may hear an occasional muffled sound, similar to a hotel. You will have a private deck and use of the side yard (not fenced). * Please note that there are three steps up to the deck. Other things to note Dogs and cats are allowed but for the health and safety of our next 4 legged guest we ask that they be house broken, healthy and up to date on their vaccinations. Please let us know you plan to bring your pets in your initial communication with us. For up to 3 pets, we do not charge any additional fees but we do make some pet friendly adjustments including a doggie/kitty care package. Please Also note that you will have access to a side yard but it is not a fenced area. The Futon is around 49” wide as a bed. It’s comfy for 2 kids or one adult (unless 2 adults want to be super cozy).
