Attached 2 car garage and extra large driveway with plenty of room for boats, trailers, etc Secure entry with keypad lock on front and inside garage doors. Large Roku TVs in living room, King bedroom and Queen bedroom. Includes Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+. Roku TV in basement rec room as well. Fully stocked kitchen includes coffee maker, K-cup coffee maker with K-cups. Feel free to use the gas grill to enjoy a cook-out in the back yard. You can also take advantage of the campfire area in the far back yard. Guest access The back yard includes a large deck with table and chairs. Backyard is privacy fenced all around. May not be escape-proof for small pets. Please monitor your pets at all times. Large Lily Pond with waterfall and gold fish who love to be fed. (Food is available). Please monitor small children around lily pond. Front porch has chairs and lounge for quiet morning coffee. Firepit with seating in private back yard and hammock under shady tree. Garden with seasonal vegetables available to guests.
