Welcome to our holiday cabin located by Papamoa Beach. A double studio bedroom furnished with simple basics with open loft storage, an ensuite bathroom, a mini kitchenette tucked away in a cupboard. You have your own access and outdoor patio space. It is a great base to spend exploring the area, or visiting family and friends. Within reach of shops, cafes and the Surf Club. Good links to Baypark, Bayfair, Te Puke and the Mount. Off street parking. Weekly and monthly discounts offered. The space The holiday cabin is a private space in my garden next to my home. The space consists of a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, the bathroom has an additional utility sink for rinsing out dishes & togs etc. The mini kitchenette has a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave oven and has most things required for preparing drinks or a light meal, included are tea, coffee & milk plus a few breakfast items. Please note there is no oven or hob. The TV with an Amazon Fire Stick allows you to access TVNZ+ and TV3 but you will need your own login for using any other apps. There is a ceiling fan for the summer months and an efficient wall heater for cooler months. The light switch is behind the curtain on the left hand side of the door, there is a security light that you can manually switch on and leave on during your stay. The holiday cabin has open loft storage should you wish to store large items such as a surf board. The patio garden is available to sit outside and the use of the outdoor shower after the beach. Off street parking is available on my driveway pebbles, otherwise it is fine to park street side. Guest access Enter through our main gate - lift the latch button at the top of the gate, it can get a bit stuck in wet weather, in which case gently push/pull the gate towards the roadside and the latch will release. My home is on the right with a blue door and the cabin is a few meters along the path, the lock box with the key is opposite the cabin positioned on the trellis. The code will be emailed prior to your stay. Other things to note Note - there is no kitchen but simple meals can be prepared with the kitchen facilities provided, there is a utility sink for dishes and rinsing out togs. Whilst the shower is an older style and has low pressure it has ample hot water. There is also a hot water outdoor shower after the beach. We are close to a variety of great food outlets, two supermarkets and self serve laundry's in the area. We are on good public transport links so ideal for backpackers coming from Tauranga via the bus. In addition there are bus stops along our road that will take you to Bayfair and Mount Maunganui. With good transport links to Rotorua and beyond using the Intercity Bus Service from Papamoa Plaza.
