This area has a warm quiet community feel with views of Melb close. Close to Seaholme train station & beach. 1.5km of beach, Cherry Lake, Pier St - hub, restaurants, supermarkets, chemist etc. My modern home is ideal room for solo traveler's/business trips. Comfy King S bed, larger than standard. Sreet parking, need access to my garage. Share bathroom if 2nd room is booked. Airport travel tips: 1.Quick- uber/taxi$$$ 2.Skybus -$ city, buy Myki card, train to Seaholme 30 min with a 7min walk The space My modern home is very comfortable with living area's downstairs then bedrooms upstairs. You have a bathroom & toilet which may be shared on the odd occasion (but rarely happens). The room is comfortable with have a King Single bed, desk & chair along with block out blinds /curtains for those who like a dark room to sleep. Clean bed linen, towels & toiletries in your bathroom. Ideal for solo travelers. Anyone new to Melbourne will enjoy the hassle free train trip & beach location which has a small cosy village feel. Melbourne airport is a 30 minute drive and will cost approximately $55-60 in an uber or a cab. Guest access There is a step into the property, stairs to the bedroom & bathroom, with steps at the from the back deck area to ground level. During your stay Experienced host, who's very well traveled & aware being comfortable away from your home is key. I have some basic information & brochures to give you ideas to streamline your trip. You may need to share the bathroom if I have a friend or another guest staying. This room is suitable for one person only. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas oven & hot plates, microwave, toaster, frying pots/ pans, crockery & cutlery.
