Lovely 2,5 bedroom apartment, only 150m from the Lake Constance. With fine views over the lake and the Mainau Island the apartment offers everything you will need to relax and enjoy your stay. The space Our beautiful new furnished apartment in Unteruhldingen has 2 bedrooms, bath with bathtub as well as a spacious dining-living area with a kitchen. From the balcony and the dining area you can enjoy the lake view regardless of the season. For our guests we offer one parking lot in front of the building, on request you can also park your car or store your bikes in the duplex parking space in the underground parking. The apartment features flat screen television with Blu-ray system and a variety of DVDs as well as books. An electric grill is also available upon request. The rent includes bed linen, towels and tea towels. Additionally to the rental fee, 100€ will be charged for the final cleaning. The community furthermore imposes a visitor’s tax that is 3,30€ per night/person from age 16 onwards.
