Chalet of the Issaux Forest No. 3: the mountaineer

Here you will not find television, no state-of-the-art technology but the sound of the wind in the trees, the singing of birds, the ringing of the bells of the herds in summer... In the middle of the mountains, in the beautiful forest of Issaux, we have 3 chalets, spaced apart from each other, in the heart of a green and calm clearing. From 1 to 6 people, sheets and towels provided (in July and August only sheets are provided). Firewood included. The space Ideal accommodation for a couple, family or group of friends. Main Floor: - Living area with a rocking chair, 2 armchairs, dining table and wood stove. - Kitchen area (with gas stove, conventional oven and microwave, fridge, toaster and dishes). - Bedroom with double bed - Bathroom with sink, shower and washing machine. - Separate toilet. Floor: - Mezzanine with 2 bunk beds and a sitting area with a sofa bed Baby essentials upon request. Barbecue and private terrace. Shared playground and games room. Guest access Close to the Pyrenees National Park, many hiking nearby, possibility of mountain biking, canyoning, climbing or paragliding nearby. On site, large grounds with swing, picnic table and space for a campfire. Other things to note We prefer to disconnect... but for teleworking, teenagers who are too addicted or other, we have a satellite internet connection: - Free shared WIFI access point available at the playground. - Possibility of a private point in the chalet as an option: €15/weekend, €30/week (to be booked in advance because our internet connection does not allow us to provide all the chalets). Housekeeping is not included, we ask guests to leave the premises clean. A cleaning fee can be offered for €35, to be paid on site. If you're interested, please let us know in advance.
