Two bathrooms. Air Con in both bedrooms and living / dining room. Cable TV and DVD player. Access to hotel pool, gym and restaurants without hotel prices. Other things to note We will be needing VALID ID/PASSPORT to be presented upon check-in at the Front Desk. Only registered names (limit to up to 4 persons ONLY) can stay in the apartment during your booked dates. If 3 or more adults will be staying a security deposit equal to the full amount of total rental fees MUST be given at time of arrival to be given back to the renter in full after inspection of the property at the property owners discretion if the premises is in equal condition with no damages and overly uncleaned living spaces as when handed over to the renter. The concierge/security guard will have the right to question and ban any extra guests in entering the apartment. -ALL ACCESS CARDS + KEYS MUST BE RETURNED TO US WITHOUT FAIL, missing any of these will result in paying up to the security deposit amount within 14 days after check out.
