There is a large utility room with washing machine, clothes airer and storage space, there is also an outdoor washing line. The apartment has its own large furnished covered terrace overlooking the pool , complete with comfortable patio sofa, chairs and outdoor dining table. There is a separate outdoor open terrace area provided where you can enjoy a relaxing drink whilst taking in the surrounding views. The recently refurbished 9 x 5 salt chlorinated and solar heated infinity swimming pool looks out over the village below and the stunning Southerly views of the ocean.
