Professionally managed by Canbnb. Two-bedroom living in a vibrant, central location. The apartment is just across the road from Westfield Woden, close to Canberra Hospital and local Government offices. This excellent sized, light filled apartment is beautifully fitted out with all the essentials necessary for a comfortable stay. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). The space Providing two bedrooms, well sized living area, superbly appointed kitchen, courtyard, spacious bathroom and secured access and basement parking. The well appointed kitchen overlooks the large, open plan dining and lounge area, where guests have a comfortable lounge area to relax and enjoy free wifi. BEDROOM: The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and 2 single-sized beds for the other bedroom. All beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linens. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - dishwasher - oven - crockery and cutlery - electric kettle We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV and a cozy couch that you can use. It has access to local channels as well. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: One secure basement carpark is available (guests must park in the designated spot allocated to the apartment). There is also basement visitor parking guests can utilise on a first come, first served basis. Guest access Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge Other things to note A highchair is available for guests' use. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. Starting 15 June 2021, the Launceston Street bus layover and ancillary roadworks will commence until November 2021. This includes roadworks in Bowes/Launceston Streets and Callam/Launceston Streets. Majority of the works will be undertaken during standard working hours: M-Sat 6AM to 6PM. Some out of hours work will be done as well: M-F 11PM - 5AM, Sat 12AM - 5AM. We expect these works will generate noise typical of construction site, but contractors have advised they will endeavor to minimize noise impacts where possible.
