The space A charming north facing home that is flooded with natural light all day long. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 newly renovated bathrooms with polished floor boards throughout. Sit, relax & recline on the private front deck, or hang out in the spacious living room and listen to records after a long day at the beach. Kitchen- Original hardwood kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave & plenty of bench space and cupboards. No dishwasher. Living Room - 2 Large white 3 seat sofas (washable covers), a 50" smart TV record player & speakers. Opens to up the dining table and room that extends to the kitchen so the entire family are involved. (The surfboards in the living room are display only as we will be taking them with us when we leave on holidays ourselves) Bedroom 1- Koala King size bed and 2 timber drawer sets, privacy roller blinds, fly screen & ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 - Double bed and massive original 60s built in wardrobe with vanity and privacy roller blinds, fly screen & ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 - Double bed and original 60s built in wardrobe & desk with privacy roller blinds, fly screen & ceiling fan. Laundry & Backyard - Located on the back covered patio with front loading washing machine, clothes dryer and Hills hoist. The front yard offers a level grassed area, wide driveway and room for 3 cars. Hygienically laundered bed linen and bath towels are provided. You only need to bring your beach towels. Bathroom 1 - features modern bathtub, toilet, vanity and sink. Bathroom 2 - features large modern shower head with frameless glass, vanity and toilet. All windows have fly screens and rooms have ceiling fans. A stones throw to the “The Fairways” strip of shops that has Forster's best cafe “Plunge”. We are a few minutes drive to stocklands that offers all the major shops - Woolworths, Coles, Bunnings, Kmart, Bakers Delight & ALDI. Pick up the best oysters Australia has to offer on Wallis Lake and hire a boat to cruise the water ways. Our cute home is located within minutes walk to the RSL and Golf Club for dinner options. You could be happy to stay home and enjoy it or explore the area ! We love this beautiful area and what's on offer. Guest access All areas of the house, backyard and front yard are available for use. The garage under the house is locked off for personal storage. Other things to note We purchased our home over a year ago and have enjoyed doing our little renovation. We have kept it pretty original, so unlike a modern home they do require some extra extra TLC like all old things in life. We have ensured that everything is in tip top condition in this shack. We know you will love your stay here in this classic Aussie 1960's home. With only a touch of some modern comforts so your stay will be fun and holidays memorable.
