Close to Perrache station and Place Bellecour, you will find all the necessary comfort for 2 people (1 double bed available). Washing machine, Nespresso machine and wifi are also included. Other features to consider:  - The accommodation does not have a private parking space. - You will have at your disposal a set of keys.  Accommodation:  You will appreciate my accommodation for its charm, comfort and facilities. The apartment can accommodate 2 people and is located on the 3rd floor, accessible only by stairs.  To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal:  - A pleasant living space: sofa, coffee table, television, dining area with a dining table for 4 people. - A comfortable bedroom equipped with a double bed. - An equipped kitchen open to the living space: refrigerator, microwave, oven, induction hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kitchen utensils. - A neat bathroom: shower, sink, mirror, hairdryer, towel dryer. - Separate toilets. Other things to note The cleaning fees you are charged are broken down as follows: - Cleaning service: 24€ - Supply of linen and consumables: 31€ For long-term stays (from 28 nights), a cleaning supplement equal to the amount of cleaning costs indicated on the advertisement will be requested. A hand-delivery of the keys will also be carried out on the day of your departure from the accommodation. You agree to comply with these conditions as soon as you book a stay of at least 28 nights. The accommodation has a smart home sensor in order to limit noise pollution and ensure compliance with house rules. The latter does not record anything relating to your privacy, it simply allows us to detect any noise pollution and prohibited groups in the accommodation.
