The house is from the 1950s With approx 110 sqm on one level, 2 bedrooms (french bed with 160cm and 180cm king bed) and a large living room (one 160cm sofa bed). Fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher coffee machine, etc) Baby cot and high chair Full bathroom with new walk-in shower + extra toilet Terrace and garden The space All guests have access and can use the complete house including the yard and garden. Exceptions are the basement (pls only use the area with the washer and clothes lines there) and the garage (we are using it). There is plenty of free parking on the street right in front of the house. NEW: Dishwasher: if you intend to use the dishwasher, please bring the dishwasher tabs. Other things to note If you're looking for a pharmacy, toystore, optometrist or other store check out the town centre next to the tram station Derbolfinger Platz. The house was built in the 1950s. Everything in and on the house works well, is regularly maintained and cleaned after every guest but some parts are older in terms of windows, door frames, stairs and other original interior.
