Sunny Bedroom in The heart of Berkeley

Beautifully well-appointed room in a 2100 square feet, 4 bedrooms family house with 2 kids, and a superb central location. Home features a handsome living & dinning room and a beautiful well-cared garden. The bedroom is large, sunny and located in a private spot in the house. Home it's situated just blocks to North Berk Bart, Target & to favorite brunch spot Homemade Cafe! Please note there is limited to kitchen privileges. Thank you. The space Bedroom is spacious, sunny with a cozy-feel, it features hardwood floors, single size comfortable bed , a nice size closet, a 6 drawer wood dresser, a large comfortable desk, including a flat TV with a Roku system. This bedroom in winter time is the most cozy of all. Shared bathroom is only a few steps near. What you get: Home is shared with us, the family and another long term guest. Guest would have full access to communal areas: living-room, guest-only dinner area, garden, shared bathroom. KITCHEN We spend most of our time in the kitchen, specially in the mornings getting ready for work and school. We can only host guests that mostly do take-out and do light cooking. Light cooking means simple and quick. There is a microwave available to heat up food. There is free street parking - Public laundry places within 10 mins walk - Target is 3 blocks away - restaurants & grocery stores near walking distance - Public transportation 2 mins away. This room is perfect for a family visitor, student and/or a professional visiting town that has a full busy schedule. Note, during these times we are taking extra measures to protect you and ourselves to keep being healthy. We are a fully vaccinated family. Shared areas are often clean, sanitize and disinfected. Guest access Dining-room , kitchen only to use microwave and guest-fridge, shared bathroom. Please notice we don't offer laundry on-site. There is a few public laundry places within walking distance. During your stay We are available in-person, by phone and email to help with anything. Other things to note We have a very active and friendly 7 & 9 yo kids. They have their own play-room and they are busy. However if you seriously dislike children, our home won't be the right place for you. We spend most of our time in the kitchen, especially in the mornings getting ready for work and school. We can only host guests that do take-out and only do light cooking. Light cooking means quick pasta, sandwiches, salads, etc. Access to microwave is allowed for a quick use. Thank you.
