Nautico is a bright and comfortable bolt-hole in peaceful Carbis Bay - yet just a 5 minute drive (or a 40 minute walk along the coast path) to the bustling harbour town & artist haven of St Ives. This self-contained annex forms part of my bungalow, but enjoys its own private entrance which allows guests complete freedom to come and go as they please. With wide golden sands, Carbis Bay beach has a Blue Flag Award for water quality (2025), a Seaside Award & can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The space The Nautico annex was completed in spring 2019 and provides double bedroom accommodation with sea views that encompass St Ives Island right across the bay as far as Godrevy Lighthouse. A contemporary shower room ensures guests have a comfortable stay and a well equipped kitchenette (with mini oven, hob, fridge, kettle and toaster) allows guests to prepare a hearty breakfast before hitting the coastal path or make packed lunches to take to the beach. Guest access There is a private clothes drying rack outside Nautico for guest use only, which is a handy place to dry beach towels and bathing costumes.
