4 Bedroom house in the picturesque town of Ilfracombe, North Devon. Off street parking for several vehicles. Very short walk to town centre and Tunnel beach. West facing terrace for alfresco dinners. Shed to store your bikes, surfboards and dry your wetsuits 10 minutes drive from award winning beaches of Woolacombe, great for surfing. Perfect place for family holidays. The space The house sits back from the road, 300 yards from local amenities. Off street parking for up to 3 cars. On the ground floor, the original tile corridor from the stained-glass porch leads to the light and spacious open plan kitchen diner area, opening onto a large decking area overlooking a private garden and the hills. The west facing upper and lower decking areas with barbecue are the perfect place for delightful outdoor evenings. Kitchen is of course fully equipped with dishwasher, 7 hobs range cooker and american style fridge freezer. Separate TV room with wood burner and large corner sofa, TV and video game console. Downstairs toilets. In the stairs you will see a picture from each of our holidays On the first floor, 2 double and 2 single bedrooms, one with an extra trundle bed, perfect for children. One of the double bedroom also has a TV. The other has a kingsize bed. Both double bedrooms are very large. One family bathroom with toilet, bathtub and separate shower on the first floor. Large garden with barbecue area, with storage available for your bikes and surfboards. We have a travel cot and mattress (no bedding) We will make available for you our washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate utility room on the main floor of the house. We are leaving the books that we are not taking with us and you are welcome to watch/read them during your stay. Some board games are also available. Guest access Whole house except the basement and a study room. Other things to note North Devon is big on recycling. Food waste is separated, paper goes in green bag and cardboard in brown bag, tins, glasses and milk jugs in green box. All this go out on a Monday night, ready to be collected early Tuesday morning. Black bin is collected every other Friday morning, to be taken out on Thursday night.
