The Property is located on the Ruighar (Ganesh Peth) hill side, about 3 km from the centre of Panchgani town. It has a splendid view of the Mahoo Dam reservoir in the valley. It is a Cosy One Bed room unit with a Living Room and a large open air terrace. It has been tastefully fitted out in May 2019 to be self sufficient. There is a hotel with a restaurant about 100 feet from building. I stay close by and me or a watchman will be available to settle you in and take care of any exigencies. The space We have recently upgraded to provide a working desk with an office chair, a 23 inch monitor with a wireless keyboard and mouse. This setup can be moved around the house to suite your convenience - with our stable 100Mbps FTH internet connectivity, this makes an ideal arrangement to work from our location.We encourage you to take a break from WFH and have a change of scenery and work from our location instead, we offer very good discounts for longer stays!. The unit and the facilities provided will make your stay comfortable and self sufficient. There is a double bed in the bed room. additionally three mattresses are available with beddings and covers to use as floor beds if you are a family of 4. Clean beddings and covers will be provided. There is a kitchen, with an electric hotplate and basic utensils and cutlery and a refrigerator. You can also walk over to the restaurant barely 100 feet from the apartment within the same complex. We will provide drinking water from an Water filter, however we also suggest that you carry your supply of drinking water. Please do stay away from consuming alcohol or loud partying on the premises. The Bathroom is fitted with a Geyser that can supply a shower, soaps and towels will be provided. Electricity is usually stable in Panchgani, however on days that it fails, we have a backup inverter power supply installed that will ensure lights, wifi, fans and TV, an emergency rechargeable light is also available. Wardrobes are not provided. Guest access The entire flat and connected terrace/patio is available for Guests, Parking for 1 to 2 cars is available in the stilts for Guests and more can be accommodated on the Road. The rest of the building is not occupied ona. permanent basis around the year. Other things to note While the road to the property is paved, there is about a 50 feet stretch under the building that is currently being paved and lighted up by the residents of the area. It is however safe to walk and drive on this patch. The car park is well tiled and lighted up and is in the stilt area of the building.
