Last year, this sunnyroom got a new modern double bed with brand new mattresses premium quality of memory foam. At their point of relief is in any place of the touch with the body, but in the service of the most comfortable sleep. The space Dear guests, Our house is located in a nice quiet part of the city - Belafuža-Petrići, in a quiet family house. It is located in a very good area, close to the old city (15 minutes walk) and local beaches and hotel resorts services at the beach (10-15 minutes like as a promenade). This room of 18 m2 is located on the second floor of the family house. It consists bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom plus a terrace 6 m2. It is equipped with wirelles Internet and air condition, parking for cars and nice green garden arround the house. The room has separate entrance so you will have complete privacy. It is located in the same building as our other apartments. For this reason, if you are a large group (up to 12 people), we have the solutions for you. we are extremely friendly and welcoming and give you a lot of useful informations on English, Deutsch, Italy, Spanish, French if you need. We are in a quite street but right in the middle of everything. All services you need is close by house ( 50-100 m): supermarkets, open-air market with fresh fruit and vegetables, post, bank, pharmacy, etc. Old town is 5 mins away with car ir bus, bus stops across the street every 30 minutes throughout the day. The bus take you anywhere arround the town. Zadar is the ancient town, situated in the northern Dalmatia on the Adriatic coast. It is a three thousand years old town with rich history. It is famous for its historical and cultural monuments. It's a wonderful place for all tastes, whether you want a relaxing holiday or an active one. Krka waterfalls - waterfalls & boat trips, near Sibenik - 1 hour away by car 4.) Velebit - paradise for hikers - 1 hour away by car
