Centrally located on the Monterey Bay so you can enjoy all the area has to offer, easy drive to the Monterey Bay aquarium or Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. The space Permit #161045 Take advantage of a guaranteed parking spot right next to the stairs to access this unit. Must go down a flight of stairs to get to the lower level entrance to the unit, once inside there are no other stairs. We do supply beach chairs and some sand toys/ beach supplies for your use. This condo complex offers a pool with ocean views and is open from May to September which will be heated, coin op laundry facility right next to the pool. Grocery stores, banks, Nisene Marks park and all other conveniences less than a mile away. Guest access Check in through office located two minutes away from condo, keys with be given for the property and community pool/laundry. Guest has full access to the home and has one guaranteed parking spot at the top of the stairs, any additional guest will need to park on the street. Other things to note Check in and out through the Cheshire Rio Realty office. Open 9-5 Monday through Saturday and 10-4 on Sundays. After hours check in available. Please notify the office if you plan on arriving after hours. Starter pack of paper products supplied and all cleaning supplies including a sponge, a couple paper towel rolls, 3 toilet paper rolls per bath. For extended stays we do not provide it throughout entire stay, you must provide anything for your use beyond what is provided. KEYS: No keys will be issued to anyone under the age of 21 NO FIREWORKS: Fireworks are illegal and use of them will result in eviction from property and forfeiture of your deposit ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING; if you must smoke, please do so outside with the doors and windows closed. Smoking in the properties, or evidence of smoke in the properties will result in forfeiture of your deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED, except in designated properties. Violation of the pet rules may result in forfeiture of your deposit. WIFI, CABLE, PGE RECEPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED BY CHESHIRE RIO REALTY. Refunds are not normally given if these services are interrupted during your stay by the service provider. ITEMS THAT MAY RESULT IN AN EXTRA CHARGE • Lost or missing keys: Could be charged for a full re-key of the property • Overcrowding or excessive noise: Forfeiture of deposit • Stains on carpet or furniture • Furniture not put back in the original position • Lost or missing TV or AV remotes • Broken screens, windows, furniture etc: Repair or replacement cost • Excessive trash: $35-$100, depending on amount • Late departures without approval: $25.00 per 15min intervals. • Excessive sand left in property $35.00 per housekeeper • Property left excessively dirty $35.00 per housekeeper
