Relax in the evening on our deck, watching our charm of native birds and wildlife listening to the crashing waves while catching a sneaky ocean view. Be prepared to relax, unwind and soak in our casual coastal lifestyle. The space SELF CHECK-IN. Come and enjoy your secluded, private luxury villa, just a stroll to the beach. Sit on your sun dappled deck enjoying a local wine or brew, watching our charm of native birds and wildlife in their natural habitat. Our suite includes a kitchen with a kettle, toaster, microwave, large electric frying pan, bar fridge and sink. Equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware, cutting knives and non scratch utensils . Enough to cook up a roast dinner, stir fry or bacon and eggs for breakfast. *PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NOT AN OVEN OR HOT PLATE.* Snuggle up in your King size bed and enjoy a lazy start to the morning. All quality linen and towels are included. Choose between our luxury bathroom, inside or under the stars outside. Beach Charm Villa Suite is not connected to our home and will give you complete privacy. Guest access You have private and separate parking at Beach Charm Villa Suites front door, in front of the anchor. There is a key safe entry at the front door for 24 hour convenience of SELF CHECK-IN. You will be sent confirmation of the combination to the key safe before your arrival. Other things to note NO EXTRA FEES for cleaning or security deposit. I will consider 1 night stays on request. Please contact me for approval. There will be an extra surcharge. Kitchen comprises of electric frying pan, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, bar fridge and sink. *NO HOT PLATE OR OVEN* Beach towels available on request. Guest safe is in your room. 5 minute walk to beach. Easy riding, off the road, bike tracks that will take you all the way to town. All within easy walking distance.
