Welcome to "Noisette and Co". Ideally located between the Vézère Valley and the Dordogne River, we offer this charming house located in the heart of a typical hamlet of the Périgord Noir. From the house, you can discover our beautiful region and visit the must-see tourist sites of Beynac, La Roque-Gageac, Les Eyzies (caves), Sarlat-la-Canéda (20min), Montignac (Lascaux)... The space The house is organized in three levels and consists of: * a living room organized around the fireplace * a well-equipped open kitchen with hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, toaster... * a 19m2 bedroom with a 160x200 bed and its dressing room * a second 39m2 bedroom separated into two spaces consisting of a 160x200cm double bed with dressing room and a 90x190cm single bed with its chest of drawers * a bathroom with bath and towel dryer * an independent toilet * a relaxation area: a television, books and board games. In fine weather you can enjoy the small garden, fenced, shaded, with terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. To enhance your stay, we have installed a Spa for 6 people for relaxation. You can enjoy it from june 1st to September 15, it is under cover. Bed linen, bath towels and tea towels (one per person) are included in the rental price. In cold weather, you have the possibility of using the wood stove as well as the electric heating. It is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. You will have no nuisance, only a path (GR36) passes in front of the house.
