beautiful apartment in old villa, WIFI included

welcome to guesthouse "musico"! not far from the center of Dresden and very close from the city's largest park, our guesthouse apartment is situated. It is located on the south side of an villa build in 1906 which is protected as an historic monument. The apartment itself is extensively restored in 2013 and equipped with all modern amenities. Parking possibilities are enough and for free. The space The apartment has the size of 63 sqm and there are a few steps to go to reach the entrance. Therefore it is not recommended for disabled people. The double bed is 200x160 cm the additional bed is 200x90 cm. Cable-TV, wardrobe, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, mixer, shower, modern kitchen stove, oven, refrigerator, kitchen table for 3 persons, free WIFI, etc. Everything is available for free to our guests. Guest access The whole apartment is to be used by our guests, you will have a separate key for the apartment and the main door. Other things to note The city of Dresden is taking a tax of 6,5% of the rate for any overnight stays with private reasons. It is the owners duty to take the tax from the customer and it is to be paid at arrival.
