Typical house in Oleron Island

The house, 100 square meters with 3 bedrooms, a closed garden, is situated in a quiet neighborhood and is close from the beaches. You'll find all commodities nearby : bakery, traditional farm market, cycling lanes, children's playing ground. Sheets, linen, towels are included. We decline all responsibility as regards to the use of the swimming pool or the three bikes available. The space The first floor is composed of one large open space including living-room, dining-room and kitchen. The second floor includes three independent rooms with wooden floor and ceiling : two double beds and three single beds. The washroom is spacious. The garden is large enough to provide a good feeling of privacy (300 square meters) ; there is also a big shack for the children, conceived and made in the spirit of the typical Oléron oyster farmers' shacks. Guest access You'll have access to everything on the premises. You can park two or three cars in the driveway, make sure you are parked on the right side of the driveway as you are coming since this is a shared driveway with the neighbor. There are 3 adult bikes available ; we decline any responsibility for using them, as well as for the swimming pool, and please be so kind as to repair the bikes in case of damage caused by you. One of the bikes is equipped with a baby seat. Other things to note Presence of a baby high chair, two travel cots, a baby potty, a baby blue bathtub (in the garden shack).
