The space Lugaris Apartments are located in Poblenou, one of Barcelona’s most pleasant neighborhoods, known for its relaxed seaside atmosphere. Just a short walk away you’ll find Bogatell Beach, the beachfront promenade, local restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets, as well as excellent public transportation connections to easily reach the city center. A perfect choice for those looking to combine beach time, relaxation, and an authentic Barcelona experience. Lugaris Beach Apartments combine contemporary design with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for couples and solo travelers who want to enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay by the sea. Large windows bring in natural light and create a pleasant space to relax. Each apartment is designed to help you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Our reception team is located in the building and is always available to assist you during your stay. Reception hours: • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Weekends and public holidays: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM The building also features a shared outdoor swimming pool (4 x 5.75 m and 3 x 2 m), perfect for cooling off, enjoying the sun, and relaxing during your stay. Municipal tourist tax: The current rate is €10.45 per person, per night. It is not included in the reservation price and must be paid through online check-in. House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask you to keep the following rules in mind: • Check-in: from 3:00 PM • Check-out: by 11:00 AM • If online check-in has not been completed, late arrivals are subject to the following fees:  • 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM — €30  • 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM — €50 • Guests must present a valid ID at their arrival. • To book, at least one guest must be 25 years or older. • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. • Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Parties or events are not allowed. • The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests indicated in the reservation. • Pets are not allowed. • Before check-out, please place trash in the designated bins and load used dishes and glasses into the dishwasher.
