Located on a peaceful and quiet long lined street of Upanga is the most diverse neighborhood and active local community, a vital mixing pot of peoples and cultures. Three en-suits bedrooms, two are master with king size beds and one queen bed. sit in the living room connected with dining room. The flat is decent decorate which reflects the work that I do as well as part of my hobby covered with my choice of art-deco, and some Makonde local arts. Shops are very nearby as well as nice local mini markets and restaurants. The flat comfortably accommodates to four peoples with queen size beds in three en-suit different rooms. It feels like holiday home being so welcoming, light and spacious. The living room area is open plan:A cosy living room that has flat screen cable TV standing on a stone designed table, a conservatory coffee table and a comfortable dark brown sofa with organic colorful allergy free pillows. Our curtains are made by organic cotton mixed with linen fabric. The dining room: Is connected with living room in L shape structured. It has hard timber table that easily fits six people creating a nice dining atmosphere as well as Makonde art-paint to make the most of the space with Swahili coast cultural modern looking. The kitchen: A medium sized kitchen ideal for cooking with a modern range cooker with gas and electric plates, microwave, toaster, blender, premium fridge and freezer, cartridge, silver color blinds, kitchen towels and all necessary kitchen utensils from spatulas to cooking pots. A washer/dryer is at your disposition. Maste bedrooms: The two master bedrooms are extremely quiet with large glass wall to wall windows connected to balcony facing city views, Jangwani valleys, far away landscaped hills and buildings of Dar es salaam university. All rooms have king size bed with sanitized organic cotton pillows, sanitized bed sheets and curtains are allergy free. Side bed hard timber table, organic brown curtains, large double wardrobe and computer/office table. A separate rainfall shower equipped with a modern telephone handset. The third en-suit bedroom: With medium size bed and one side table is without balcony contains, a large windows for bright light and airy. All rooms have air condition and ventilator. Bathroom amenities are in all bathrooms. The flat has its own fire extinguishers and fire blanket, intercom access to security guards and extra emergency exit. Others: The building have shared gym for your healthy and well being which is inclusive. We provide hair dryer, umbrellas, beach sanitized towels, flip flops on request. If you are driving, a remote control for main gate will be given on request. One car parking area, extra fee will be charged. Guest access I have implemented a new protocol with my cleaning team for having a deep sanitation and disinfection routine added to the standard cleaning of the apartment. Sheets, towels and comforters are thoroughly washed and replaced for every trip. After every guest, my cleaners have been wiping and sanitizing every surface and being extra thorough to ensure that the apartment is virus free, sparkling clean, ready and safe for you and your family. You will also have: *Self check-in * WIFI internet connection is available 24/7. * Swimming pool is shared by other member of community and guests. * A fitness room (gym) is within the compound near the pool. * Parking area for one vehicle, extra cost will be charged. * We are a text or eMail away, if required we can also pop around. * Fresh sanitized towels and bed linen are at your disposal. * Beach towels on request. * Flip flop on request, as well as everyday essentials for when you arrive and basic cooking condiments are replaced in the kitchen. We don´t provide breakfast daily, but on your arrival are some little bites and drinks for refreshing your stomach. If you need some extra items for breakfast preparation each morning, inform us and will arrange - will be charged some extra cost.
